Make sure you have NFC turned on on your phone and it works fine! It isn't Bluetooth connected even though there is a thing in the app that makes it look that way. There are NO directions, so turn on NFC and touch your phone to the sensor and it works like a charm. Perfect for middle of the night checks

How do I get this thing to actually take her temperature?! After looking at this closely, I am concerned about the permissions requested. Almost none of them seem necessary for what this app is supposed to do. I deleted it because it doesn't work and requires too many permissions. You don't need access to my photos or my location or my ad card content to tell me my child's temperature. Definitely a security issue with this app.

If you're reading this, you're probably on this page reading this review because you've just bought a thermometer from walgreens that requires this app to read the sensor. Put the thermometer back in the box, turn around, and go get your money back. Neither the thermometer nor this app actually work, at all. Plus, this app has no documentation on how to get it to READ the thermometer, and it asks for a bunch of permissions that it 100% doesn't need. Garbage app.
